my story line
I guide customers on their change trajectory to strengthen their position in the ecosystem in which they are active. I develop scenarios to rethink their entire (internal and partner) value chains and the way they interact with end customers. I discuss different approaches and budgetary options and proactively provide solutions to problems which may occur during the execution of projects.
I help customers think about innovations that are relevant to them and I check their feasibility via short processes. I keep the balance between opening up possibilities via cross-pollination of different ideas and tipping the mindset of customers.
I provide project management at customers and draw up value creation plans. I have a strong focus on deploying resources optimally and continuously improve processes in order to guarantee delivery dates. Throughout the project, I detect changes in goals and scope and I discuss them with customers.
I detect possible execution problems in good time and anticipate them in a solution-oriented manner. I safeguard planning and coordination across the various project phases.
