On May 23th an interesting event was held in the Forte offices on the impact of Industry 4.0 on sales management. Forte’s speakers Jan Lagast (Managing Partner) and Pieter De Clerck (Business Leader) gladly shared their vision on sales management and how Industry 4.0 has changed it.
Attendees learned that customer facing employees become more and more important and that all companies will need more of them in the nearby future. Pieter and Jan stressed the importance of digging deeper to find out what your client really needs. Finally they claimed that goal-oriented and well targeted brand activation is a third pillar of sales management in Industry 4.0.
